How do I complete the registration process?

After the funding of your mortgage transaction, The Barath Group will issue you a Cash Rewards confirmation. In order to properly register and receive your Cash Rewards certificate, complete the following:

·         Receive Cash Rewards Confirmation with online access

·         Print and Register Cash Rewards Certificate online

·         Sign and copy Cash Rewards confirmation

·         Sign and copy Cash Rewards certificate

·         Mail the copies, not originals, via certified mail to the ITPA within 7 calendar days of the issue date of your Cash Reward certificate

*Make sure to keep your originals and your returned certified mail receipt as you need it for the redemption process.

Why must I use certified mail?

We ask you to do this so you can track when your documents were sent and delivered. Also, it helps prevent any disputes that may arise as to whether or not mailing deadlines were met.

What if my registration arrives after the 7-day period?

The paperwork only needs to be mailed (postmarked) within the 7-Day period.

Why does it take 36 months to collect my reward?

The Cash Rewards program is based upon paying out large sums of money to holders of properly redeemed certificates. In order for the fund to provide such large amounts on a monthly basis, it takes a much longer time frame than it does with similar programs with which you may be familiar.

What are the required documents for redemption?

In order facilitate cash rewards up to $10,000 to qualified claimants, the ITPA requires the following:

· Your original signed Cash Rewards certificate

· Your certified mail receipt from the registration process

· Your proof of transaction (executed HUD settlement statement)

· Your current utility bill to ensure the reward is sent to a valid address

· A certified copy of your birth certificate

That's it — you've successfully completed the steps required to claim your Cash Rewards! Payments are made within 30-60 days from the successful redemption process.

What happens if I die before the redemption period?

The certificate is redeemable only by the person it was originally issued to; it is not transferable for any reason. If you die before collecting your reward, your unclaimed funds go back into the pool, used to pay other claims and/or donated to charity.

Can I have my Cash Rewards certificate issued to someone other than myself?

No. The certificate must be issued to an individual involved with the mortgage transaction, which will be validated from the HUD settlement statement. When more than one person is involved, you must choose only one to receive the Cash Rewards certificate.
